As we welcome our second month in operation, there are a few changes that your overwhelming support and our growth have dictated.
You will see some changes and additions to the schedule. We have added a wonderful yoga instructor, Kimberly Rose, AND rearranged some classes based on your requests and attendance. We want to meet your wellness goals where you are, so your availability is most important to us. The weekly schedule will be something that we continue to massage to best meet your needs.
Cancellation policies: As we experiment with classes, we want to direct our resources to best serve you.
A minimum registered attendance is required for every class. If a class is in danger of cancellation, we promise to alert you by noon the day before the class is scheduled. This will allow you to encourage your friends to join you or look for an alternative class that meets your schedule requirements. We will cancel any class that does not meet the registration requirement by 9 pm the night before for any class scheduled for the following morning and by 7:30 am the day of for any afternoon classes. We hope that you find this policy to be considerate of your time.
Your overwhelming support has dictated that we now have wait lists for our classes! Because we want to be sure that those clients waitlisted have the best opportunity to attend when a spot opens up, we request that you cancel your spot no later than 1 hour prior to the class occurrence when you find that you will not be able to attend. This allows us to notify clients on the waitlist in a timely way. Clients who fail to cancel at least 1 hour before a registered class and no show will be charged a $10 fee. We understand that life can happen, so please reach out by email to studiowellcheraw@gmail.com with any questions or special circumstances.
Once we are notified that a spot has opened up in a class, clients on the waitlist will be notified in order of their registration and will be asked to register for that open spot.
