Restore & Reset
An all-levels restorative yoga class designed to help you unwind and recharge through gentle postures, guided meditations, and deep breathing techniques. Experience full-body relaxation that allows you to slow down, release tension, and restore balance in both mind and body.
The Flow
The Flow is a dynamic yoga class that enhances both physical and mental well-being through a harmonious blend of mindful movement and breath-work. Participants will engage in flowing yoga sequences designed to warm the body.
Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates emphasizes the development of full body strength with a focus on core engagement, flexibility, and body awareness through precise movements on the mat. This class often incorporates provided props like light weights and resistance bands.
Dance Cardio
An all levels energetic dance workout set to beats that will get your heart pumping and your body moving. This class combines easy-to-follow choreography, so no dance experience needed—come wearing sneakers ready to move, sweat, and smile!
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that emphasizes deep, passive stretching to gently target the connective tissues, joints, and fascia. Postures are held for extended periods, allowing the body to soften gradually while improving flexibility and supporting joint health.
Power Yoga

Power Mat
This mat Pilates–inspired workout brings the heat, the shakes, and a touch of cardio. You’ll move through spicy, full-body exercises using a variety of props while staying grounded in the foundations of alignment, form, core strength, and mobility. Expect a strong, energizing burn from start to finish.
Peaceful Play Yoga
A Little Yogis class for ages 3-10. This 30 minute class encourages mindfulness and creativity through engaging yoga activities designed for children. Peaceful Play Yoga fosters social skills, coordination, and relaxation, providing a joyful introduction to the world of yoga.
The Deep Stretch
This yoga class focuses on enhancing flexibility and athletic recovery by releasing tension through prolonged stretches. Designed to complement strength training and high-intensity movement, Deep Stretch helps improve range of motion, reduce stiffness, and restore balance in the body.
Yoga-lates
This class combines the best of both yoga and mat pilates to enhance strength, flexibility, and mind-body connection. The flow between yoga poses and mat pilates exercises creates a balanced workout that improves posture, tones muscles, and incorporates active recovery.
Mat Fusion
A energetic, sweat-inducing blend of barre, mat Pilates, and targeted strength training. This full-body workout uses layered sequencing and light weights to build strength, stamina, and deep muscle endurance — all from the mat.
